Shipping policy

Please be aware that most orders are processed within 3-5 business days (NOT including weekends, sales or holidays).

• Custom orders can ship anywhere between 5-10 business days after the invoice is paid.
• Online orders ship within 5-7 business days after purchase.
• PRE-ORDER items will ship after the deadline of the presale date. 
• All orders placed on Friday after 3 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday.

Ms. Crys' Creations is NOT responsible for any delivery delays caused by lost or stolen and unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date.
