Refund policy

To start the claims process you will need to contact us at support@mscryscreations.com within 7 days of delivery.

REFUNDS: To be eligible for a refund 1) your order would have to have been processed incorrectly by a Ms. Crys’ Creations team member or 2) your order would have to contain incorrect item(s) shipped by a Ms. Crys’ Creations team member. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE: After an investigation has been conducted we will determine if your item should be replaced or exchanged. 

If your claim is accepted, we’ll gladly send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned to us without first requesting a return label will not be accepted.

Most items are customized or made to order so if your order is incorrect due to user error we are not obligated to return or exchange. 

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
